We had Jonathan DeLong come talk to us about our window needs. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the windows and how best to meet our needs. He was very kind when we told him that we couldn't afford the triple windows and explained the difference in the double pane windows. But at our age we chose the double pane. He was still very kind in giving us great service and has followed up with us several times to let us know where we are in the process.
