We had Jonathan DeLong come talk to us about our window needs. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the windows and how best to meet our needs. He was very kind when we told him that we couldn't afford the triple windows and explained the difference in the double pane windows. But at our age we chose the double pane. He was still very kind in giving us great service and has followed up with us several times to let us know where we are in the process.
John Delong came to our home and inspected our roof. He gave us an honest and fair rundown on how it was looking. He courteously explained the whole process of getting things started and went above and beyond as far as finding a price that would work for us. John is a true professional. Two thumbs up!
