Jon and Jacob make a great team and did a wonderful job of presenting the products and options. They were informative, confident in their knowledge, and best of all they were not pushy. We originally had them measure some windows just to get a quote with no intention of purchasing at this time. We may not have ended up purchasing those particular windows. This company does have a Billings office but does no actual work, they hire the local talent anyway. It starts with a high pressure salesman who continued her pitch even after I told them I just wanted a quote-several times! I finely told her that we must have some sort of a communication problem because she would not relent. I then finally told her to leave.

Ya know the windows are great with in reason but delivery of services we spoke about not so much. If you pay $44,000 for windows there is an expectation that things are done as spoke. The company was called and they said read the contract and what we were sent from them vs what we were told when we signed the original contract were significantly different and about a 15,000-20000 dollar difference in charge. I can only recommend NOT using this company for Windows! The sales people make promises they can't keep, the installers do not put in the effort to actually do the job right and customer service is nonexistent. They pretend to care until they have their money and then they don't return calls or answer the phone. They promised to fix all their mistakes and never did. Go somewhere else to do business....actually RUN far away from this company!

Left a bathroom remodel job without completion and there's leaks everywhere!!!

We had siding and windows replaced by Dabella. Our experience has been awful. The contractors did not replace the sheeting when they did our siding, so we have brand new Hardie board siding with thirty year old underlayment. I’m sure this would affect the hardie board warranty. Our windows were left open with insulation hanging out for months. We had to threaten attorney action just to get them to come finish our job. So, in July, we had new windows installed. The contractors did a poor job with the trim on the inside of our main living room. The installer then pressured my wife to sign a satisfaction survey despite not being satisfied and told her he would be back to make it right. All while I wasn't there to tell him no.
