Just signed last night. The bids were comparable to other high level contractors. I really would have preferred to sleep on the offer for a day or two, especially since we have another higher priority repair looming. If you are considering DaBella make sure you get your other quotes first, as they want answer on the spot and prices change drastically after the initial visit. I will update my review throughout the process.

My wife and I met with Jacob and Dave on 1/12/2017. The experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.
They will be installing my new roof and gutters on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. The have been good about keeping me informed about the dates they can do the job. I will let you know about the completed job.
Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.
This is for the sales experience with Jordan Richmond. Jordan was fantastic, explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to see the value DaBella brings, especially compared with the other contractors we spoke with. We enjoyed speaking with him.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home
