DaBella's name is on our contract. However, a family of well-meaning Hondurans, only one of which could speak some English, did the work. The roof looked ok, until I started to look closely at the workmanship. Our chimney is damaged, there are places (looking at the roof) in the upstairs you can see daylight, the skylight was poorly installed, twice, there are places where the metal trim on the porch roof is not nailed down (I have pictures, it fell off), the new sheathing should be inspected by DaBella for missed alignment ... read more

Left nails everywhere and performed horrible clean-up. Made tons of false promises never use again also 2 years later and still finding nails my best friend has her roof done by another company and they did a complete clean up with no nails left behind.

The customer service was horrible. Not real happy with the looks. The Valley flashing was not installed correctly have to have them come out and they cut it with tin snips didn't look good. Also in the front of my house when it rains the water skips right over the rain gutter onto my porch and then floods my garage with all the extra rain that should be going in the gutter.

The quality of the work and the materials was excellent. The process for getting to that point was not so much. After waiting 6 weeks for the roofing crew to do the install they didn't show up on the the scheduled day. No call, no notification. After contacting the company we were informed that they changed the install date. This happened three times. Communication is not DaBella's strong suit. If you want a high quality roof and don't mind a long wait and poor communication, this could be the company for you.... read more

First I would like to say that I can't really rate the quality of work because it hasn't started yet. I signed on May 21st 2018 and was given a "estimated" start date of June 1st 2018, it's July 10th and still no work has been started. The estimated end date for my project was 9 days ago. Also, I was told that my materials would be ordered promptly, but that didn't happen for more than two weeks. We went with this company because the salesman sold us a picture of high quality products and workmanship. Unfortunately for us the quality of workmanship was not present when our roof was applied. I've been waiting over a month for a finished, high-quality roof that they promised me in their sales pitch. They cut corners with their finishing details and I am now left with exposed wood next to gutters where flashing should be. Signed the contracts and loan paperwork in September of 2017. STILL waiting for the job to be complete. Windows took forever to arrive and one had a broken glass. Windows did not have the full screen that I paid for. Broken glass replaced finally last week. Still waiting on the screens. Yup 1 FEBUARY 2018! We hired them October 16th, 2017. Today is January 7th, 2018 To date NO WORK has been done. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. The only time I have heard from them is after an email asking what is going on.

We had our roof replaced and part of the siding on our house replaced in late October/early November. Most importantly, our gutters were severely damaged as part of the roof job and my husband and I have called DaBella a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have been told the gutter crew would call us, and told the gutter crew would come out on the coming Saturday, but no one shows up and no one calls back.
