RecommendedChris at Da Bella did a great job of educating us about the windows so we could make an informed decision. The fact that these are made custom for our spaces and made in the USA are just icing on the cake.
My wife and I just had the nicest sit down with two of dabellas' reps. Andy and Josh were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling and were not too overbearing or pushy to close a deal. Unfortunately I have some financial homework to do, before signing up for a new roofing system but this setback has nothing to do with the reps or the products the company utilizes. I was I need of new windows, Dabella happened to knock at the door and we scheduled a meet. Macie and Marcus were prompt, very personable and put up with my yammering. They were professional and answered my questions. They were awesome!
Jacob came to our home and thoroughly explained Dabella as company and provided great education on GAF roofing. Customer service was excellent and even though it was not a right fit for our family at this, Jacob was polite and gracious. Thank you for your outstanding service and hopefully we will work together when the time is right!!!
I've heard of the great customer service that DaBella offers and I have to say, I was a little skeptical at first but hands down I have never been so respected and treated with such kindness and transparency as I was with Andy and Leo. They informed me of every detail with the project and made it the simplest it could possibly be (no shenanigan's) what's so ever. What an amazing company and great staff. The gentlemen came out to look at my roof today. They were honest and told me my roof was in great shape and didn't need replacing. They were very respectful of our home. Had their masks on even tho I told them it wasn't necessary. They didn't pressure me in anyway to do something I didn't need to do.
