The salesman was very informative and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the supplies as explained to me and the 50 year warranty. Great presentation. The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. The crew showed up and they worked very hard until the job was finished and only took a short lunch, which was more like a bre... read more

They were on time and worked literally nonstop for 13 hours. Unbelievable what they achieved in that time. Good communication and VERY careful w/ my yard & home. 2days to do what anyone else would do in 4. Extremely pleased w/ the product & DaBella as a company.
