Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. Matt Pittam was my sales rep for the project. He was on time, provided a professional presentation and worked with me to get the best financing deal for the roofing project.
Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.
Chance Kelley and Ean Wheeler arrived promply on time. They were very knowledgeable on the windows showing me examples of good quality and poor quality.. I have hired them to do new windows and gutters. I was very please with what was presented. thank you so much, very nice to have warranties backing up the product.
