I was impressed with the salesman. He explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect. I was amazed with how quickly they finished.
Good quality liked the contractor
While I am mostly pleased with the end result of the finished product, some miscommunication and lack of response and answers to my questions from our contact, left me feeling neutral. I did receive a call from a manager afterwards and was able to get some of my issues addressed and now, hopefully, resolved. I was please with the installation crew that actually did the work.
They are easy to work with. The financing was okay. I would recommend.
From the beginning of the process, we were given detailed information and all our questions were answered. We were shown pictures of the problems and told how they would be fixed. Because of possible leaks, the company started the roofing process in a short time and, working around the weather, completed the roof in a timely manner. The results were excellent, and I would strongly recommend DaBella to anyone.
Reve Exteriors LLC had great customer service and the final result looks great! A couple of hiccups along the way, but Jay and Brian were quick to resolve our concerns.
