Jeff and Alena arrived on time they were professional and polite. Presented several options and explained everything in detail. They took the time to make sure I understood the whole process. Made sure to set me up with best financing. Looking forward to getting the project done and lowering my energy bill!
The two reps who came to my house, Brussel and Nico, were very friendly, and explained everything clearly. The materials were delivered on Saturday, and the roof was done on Monday, in one day. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The only issue I had was when I called the office to find out when I was scheduled. I was told they would have to call me back, but never did. Marty and Tyler visited my home about a week ago, and they were very pleasant to sit and talk with. They started with their inspection, having me out with them, showing me things that I had already knew about, and stuff I had no idea about. I lost my husband a little bit ago, and these gentlemen took very good care of me. Originally, I wanted multiple people to come.give me estimates, but after these two left, I have never felt more confident with a purchase until this. Replacement
Customer Service is the best I've ever encountered. From follow up to attention to detail. Project isn't completed yet, but I will follow up in a couple of weeks with the end of project. Evan was a great communicator and explained and answered all my questions. I would definitely consult him for additional projects at my house. I had never heard of DaBella but I have had several other companies look at my roof. The DaBella company and GAF roofing system warranties really made me feel comfortable.
