They also were very knowledgeable about other products the company offers and even looked into our needs for those products. All in all, the visit was very quick and informative. We'd been unaware our roof had serious issues -- we were blissfully ignorant. Unfortunately, back 13 years ago, a local contractor had SAID his team knew what they were doing ... but they obviously DIDN'T. As a result of the poor job done back then, our entire roof's decking (the plywood sheets) was rotten and molding.
