****** is amazing! I wasn't too eager to have someone come give me yet another quote, but the individual who set up the appointment would NOT take "no" for an answer. I was all set to be uncooperative when ****** got here, but he was so personable, punctual, informative, patient, and thorough in finding just the price we could afford to finally make a new roof happen!! I'm so deeply grateful that the individual did not take "no" for my final answer!
