I had 2 very knowledgeable young men from DaBella, JJ King and Tristin Schu come out to my house and they spent a long time inspecting my roof they were very thorough!!! They explained the condition of my roof in great detail and took great pictures to show me how it was failing. As young as they are they are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable.
High quality product. I especially liked how they explained and walked you through how the windows are insulated and visually showed you with temperature gage. I also like how they truly care about how the product will work for you, and they guarantee if something should happen to any of the windows they will replace them for free. And it also helps that you can refinance and make monthly payments, which majority of people don’t have money laying around to do these kind of upgrades. I'm excited for my new windows and gutters! I get overwhelmed with decisions, especially at stores, so having an in-home rep give me exact info relevant to MY house was a game-changer. Matthew was knowledgeable and informative, friendly and patient about my kids' interruptions, answered all of my MANY questions, and helped me through financing even though I thought it was going to be difficult. Great experience!
Great company with friendly employees. Seth and Cory made the process easy and did a detailed inspection of the roof before getting us our quote. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for roofing replacement or complete tear downs they have excellent products!
