We had considered a roof ***air for some time and a friendly ******* *** left a flyer. After doing some research we decided to give them a call and a sales person was able to visit us the next evening. **** **** from the Yakima branch was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us what was needed and what was available. He did a pretty comprehensive evaluation inside the attic as well as on the roof, showing us photos of mold and soft spots in the plywood and ripped shingles from the roof. After a few hiccups my triple pane windows were finally installed and the issues were remediated satisfactorily. **** was great and followed through time and time again until completion. Love my new windows and no more winter draftiness!!!
