Scott is very knowledgeable about the various types of windows available. I learned a great deal of how the different types of dual and tri panel windows preform. The demonstration was a real eye opener . The prices are very reasonable for quality of frame and windows they offer. We are anxiously waiting for install date and looking forward to posting other positive comments. There's no doubt--I'm a hard sell. I ask a lot of questions and don't take things at surface value. Ben was patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably persistent. We had already received quotes from 5 other companies, but signed with DaBella in large part due to their comprehensive and detailed assessment of our roofing and attic needs. I will post another review after our project is completed, but thus far we are very satisfied with our experience.
Rob and Kaleb came to our home yesterday to give us an estimate on roofing and siding! The quality of their material is amazing, and the warranty is very exciting! Justice helped us order new gutters and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! He explained how the new gutters worked, their difference in comparison to other options, and he even helped me choose the colors that worked best with our existing roof and siding. We will DEFINITELY be using Justice from DeBella again for our next big projects, windows and bath.
Initial impressions so far: Excellent. We live out in Cornelius. Red came out to ask a simple question “Are you looking to replace your Windows anytime soon?” Friendly, No Pressure questioning. Fast forward to a visit with RJ. Very good. RJ inspected our current windows (badly in need of replacement), and took the time to explain the product offering. The Demo with the Heat Lamp convinced me hands down for the Triple Pane Product. We’ll see how their Follow through is after the sale. I have high hopes.
