I bought my house a few years ago, and it had a 5 year old roof when I bought it. Wanted it looked at recently to make sure there were no problems. ******* did a thorough inspection. He took pics and explained everything he found, and even knowing that I didn't need a new roof, he took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely call him when it is time to replace it!
