Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.

Work was done in a very professional style or manner crew cleaned up and left the yard in top condition.
Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
The meeting with Colin & Jay was professional and thorough. We learned things about roofing that we did not know. It took over an hour because we asked many questions, but considering the importance of making a major improvement to our house, it was worth it. The GAF system uses better quality underlayment products ( not felt paper) and also the project included re-doing the attic air venting. and that was a factor in us making a decision to hire them. Geoff Buckendorf showed up on time and in a professional manor. Then went up on the roof for inspection needed plywood and shingles. Then inspected the attic for leaks and water damage, mold and dry rot taking pictures for me to see. Geoff Buckendorf, then did an excellent presentation about the product of shingles, the valve for the money and warranty. Geoff Buckendorf left no unanswered questions and made it so easy .
