We found that the honeymoon ends quickly with these guys. We felt abandond after the buy-sell was signed, we also felt that they did not advocate for us on during the intial negotiation and we ended up paying almost full price from the seller. We were tossed around from one realtor to the next so after our third person we just never got the answers we needed for some of the houses we viewed. We will go with a different company when we sell.
