I cannot recommend this animal hospital enough, they are incredible! Their entire staff are so kind and really go above and beyond for their patients. Our dog has been going there for a few years and it is the best vet I have taken him to. They really make you feel like your pet is their family and that is such a great feeling.

We've lived in 4 different states in the last 8 years, which means 4 separate vets. Dale City Animal Hospital is head and shoulders above any vet we've ever had. The staff is kind and very accommodating. They treat your pet like one of their own. Love all the safety measures put in place during covid times. I’ve been a customer for many years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Every veterinarian I have encountered has always taken time to answer my questions and explain procedures. Simply put, they care about my pets as much as I do!

Overall the experience was good. There were a few hiccups, but nothing huge. When I arrived, they had three spots in front of the Hospital, but they were all taken. I called the front office, and someone came within a few minutes to take Cookie and bring me some new patient paperwork. After a few minutes, someone else came to bring me the new patient paperwork, and after realizing I already had paperwork just took my paperwork. From the staff at the front desk, to the technicians, veterinary assistants, and doctors, every single person at Dale City Animal Hospital is absolutely top-notch. Great service and communication with humans, and skilled and loving care for our animal companions. I'm so grateful to have DCAH in my life!
We travel a half-hour to come to this wonderful practice. The staff is so caring and kind to people and pets alike. The doctors are knowledgeable and will confer with specialist to find out more. We have a senior dog from a rare breed and our doctor is familiar with her breed. Dr. Coppage was able to figure out what was going on with her (Cushing Disease) and now she's doing better.
