Thank you for helping us reach the closing of our home. We truly appreciate the persistence and dedication shown throughout the process, especially when adjustments were needed along the way. While there were a few moments where clearer communication and earlier guidance would have helped, as well as their online portal glitches at times our loan officer stayed engaged and worked to see the loan through to completion. The process was long, but y'all informed us what was happening each step of the way. I never worked with a company that had so much patience and understanding like APM .A very helpful company . I would recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you for your hard work and making us feel important.
The process was extremely long and arduous. It took about six months to even get my loan completed. It’s now been over a week since I’ve closed and my builder was due money at closing that he has still not received. I have to to reach out to receive communication about what’s going on and why there is a delay with anything. Everything is reactive and not proactive. Based on the pass in present experience in service that I’m receiving, I am regretful of moving forward with American Pacific.
