Dale and Shelli did amazing. Closed in a very timely manner and communication was very open: did what they said we would do. Very easy to work with in getting the home we wanted!

The process was long, but y'all informed us what was happening each step of the way. I never worked with a company that had so much patience and understanding like APM .A very helpful company . I would recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you for your hard work and making us feel important.
The process was extremely long and arduous. It took about six months to even get my loan completed. It’s now been over a week since I’ve closed and my builder was due money at closing that he has still not received. I have to to reach out to receive communication about what’s going on and why there is a delay with anything. Everything is reactive and not proactive. Based on the pass in present experience in service that I’m receiving, I am regretful of moving forward with American Pacific.
