Dale and his team are so great to work with that this is our second time. His team was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions in a timely manner (generally within just a couple of hours max), and made sure that if we forgot to sign or turn in certain documents we had extra copies so we didn't have to search through emails to find what was missing. They walked with us every step of the way and made refinancing our mortgage a painless process. We would highly recommend Dale and team.
