The team did a great job helping us through the loan process. The staff was quite personable and really tried to support us at all phases. My husband did comment that Dale was difficult to get in touch with and didn't return calls in a timely fashion. Personally, the only difficulty I encoutered, was that we didn't receive an answer relative to what would happen to our loan once we applied the money from the future sale of our current home. We didn't get that answer until the moment of closing.
