Dale is the master of the "check-in" call. He'll give you a quick ring at various points through the process just to make sure things are going smoothly. Another thing I really liked about Dale was that when it came time to bang out the specifics of the loan itself, he provided us with a document that listed 4 different plans we could try. It took somewhat complicated information and really simplified it into layman's terms that answered all of my questions in the space of about 10 minutes.
