Wonderful office, doctors and nurses!!
Love Dr. Stetler and her staff. Great service ALWAYS!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Stetler's for over 20 years. Recently, I have seen Jennifer for my annual skin checks. Cannot imagine ever going anywhere else!
The service was not a problem. However, to pay $75 to be told my skin is too dark seems very expensive. As soon as she saw me, she knew she didn't have the laser for my complexion. This could've been done with me sending a "selfie" OR perhaps you all indicating on your website that you only have laser parts for "very light" skin tones. I am considered light by African American standards so it was very shocking when I told people that I was too dark for your laser equipment.

Charlene explained the procedure to me in detail since I had not done this before. I felt very comfortable and was reassured during the entire procedure what was occurring. I appreciated the communication during the process to enable me to relax and feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend Charlene to my friends.
