Dr Stetler was very warm, had great bedside manner and immediately made me feel comfortable. She advised me not to have laser tattoo removal of a permanent cosmetic lip line that turned out badly. She made me aware that laser may make the lip line turn black making the situation worse and more noticeable. I appreciate her candor and advise. I will wait one year from the date of the procedure and follow-up with her regarding how much of the line has faded naturally. At that point she will reassess. Dr Polder is excellent! Always kind and very helpful. Always knows how to treat and advise me!
Everyone was courteous and informed. Dr. Polder offered two options for my condition and yet I felt I needed more information which isn't available yet as newest treatment isn't approved yet. All of which left me disappointed in not achieving all I had hoped to on this visit. However, will make second appointment to address the remaining issues and move forward. I absolutely love seeing Dr. Stetler. She is bubbly. Makes you feel comfortable. I have trypanophobia (fear of needles) I normally faint, feel nauseated. I have never had even the slightest trouble with this when I see her. I trust her completely. My results are always natural and the compliments are never ending. Dr. Stetler listens to what you want and makes sure you leave happy.
