I have been going to Dr. Stetler for over 20 years and trust her and her staff. My only regret is that I forgot my discount card for $50 off, but that was my fault, so I had to pay full price on my services. I'll be back again. Thank you!
I was admitted before my scheduled appointment-that was a nice surprise. I was surprised the business office had "closed out" their procedures for processing credit card payments. I was offered to "give them my CC number/info for processing the following Monday" or to write a check. I prefer to pay by CC, but felt forced to leave a check instead. I will not leave my card information to any provider.
Continue to be totally satisfied - been coming there for a number of years and plan to continue

Thia was my first experience doing this kind of procedure and everyone made me feel very comfortable. It was great dealing with everyone.
Office is professionally run, timely, clean. Staff is professional. Staff did an excellent job addressing steps of procedure, down time, options. Staff did ask how purchased product was performing and if there were any problems and did insure that product steps were being followed in proper order before I left.
I was disappointed that the equipment wasn't working so I must return to have the procedure. Scheduling ( hers and mine) conflicts make a return impossible for several weeks.
