I would like for the fees to be made more clear. I just had a very little Botox in 1 area- less than the usual amount. 20 units( I asked the nurse how many units) upon checking out I mentioned that I had less than the usual dosage and I was told the charge is the same " per area". I think with Botox it makes more sense to charge by the unit.
Dr. Polder and the staff there are awesome! Very professional and never rushed - they answer every question and always treat me with respect. I will continue to drive from Frisco because of that.
From the time I enter the door until I leave, I always feel so comfortable with everyone. They are very nice, professional and helpful in all aspects of my care. I love seeing Dr Polder. She is excellent and she is very focused on meeting my expectations which she has never failed to do.

Great experience. No problems
Everyone was very welcoming and full of smiles when I walked in. I did not wait very long and was actually seen before my actual scheduled appointment time. Dr. S was very nice and listened to what I had to say. She made me feel valuable and expressed to me clearly what she would do to attain my goals. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
Dr Polder and the entire staff are always so nice. It is such a pleasure every time I see Dr Polder.
Love the practice! Everybody is great! Very professional and knowledgeable and always the first to have newest products and treatments.
