I really enjoyed Jennifer and her friendliness. I felt good about the care she gave me. One thing I was very disappointed in was after driving 2 hours, I was told my appointment was only for a mole check. I had other questions about my eczema but was told they couldn’t take extra time to dive into that. If I was told that upfront, I would have questioned it because the main reason for my appointment was my eczema. Jennifer was able to address it some, but not to the extent I would have liked.
I'm very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Lori Stetler and Melissa Barrer, P.A. They were very nice, efficient and competent. I appreciated Dr. Stetler's integrity and honesty regarding a treatment I was pursuing. I highly recommend this place.
You are always so kind and willilng to listen to everything I want to say! And it's a lot!! You fix things if they need fixing and you stay in touch. I appreciate you so much.
