Going in as a new patient, I didn't know that I would be there for almost two hours. It became evident that you specialize in gum disease which is a good thing though I went in for a basic cleaning. I would suggest explaining the new patient procedures and probably not make the first appointment with a new hygienist. You can tell you work hard to create a fun, low stress environment.
