I joined the maintenance plan under which Dalton comes four times a year to check out plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. They are very pleasant to work with, and this has helped us keep up on home repairs before they become a big problem. I’m very happy with the service!
I’d recommend Dalton PHC because of its excellent service. I was greatly impressed by specialist Brad Pieper for his wealth of knowledge about my furnace. He readily answered all the questions I had about my system. And he kept on prompting me to ask questions. Boy, oh boy did I ask questions and he answered them all. Came right away and so very professional. Didn’t charge any more than what we really needed.
Steve & Jarod were fast ,friendly, & thorough! They answered all our questions & cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t tell we had any work done! Paul came out & gave us a bid on a new furnace,air conditioner & hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable & we felt very confident he helped us make the right decision on which system to choose! We will definitely give them a good recommendation & would choose them again without a doubt! Everyone we have dealt with is very friendly.
Just a really great company to do business with. The techs are always knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I appreciate them being a quality company I can reply on to keep the hvac, plumbing and electrical in good working order. Annual maintenance contract has been a wonderful service to have with them.

The service techs we have had thus far have been very respectful & extremely knowledgeable. We have not had any issues with them being on time & everything is cleaned up before they leave.
