RecommendedJustin came to check our electric and plumbing. He was prompt, polite, and explained things well.
We had a sump pump fail on us after a day of pretty constant rain (we have a back-up system, so no water in the basement!). Called in on the after-hours line, and they had a tech (Michael Stephens) out the next morning. Everything was fixed timely, and we were informed a bit about warning signs to watch out for in the future (other than rising water).
Love this company and Justin Else was awesome!!

Josh K was our HVAC tech. He came to clean and inspect our ac unit while we were on vacation. He call ahead of time to let us know he was coming. He made adjustments, cleaned a/c outside and made a few recommendations for the future. We are going to get the yearly plan he left info about. We would highly recommend their services. Just wish we would have seen this before. It’s hard to buy something someone is selling you over the phone. Thanks again Josh K and Dalton phc
I called in a panic yesterday when my air conditioner stopped working and it was 83 degrees inside my house. Brad arrived shortly and discovered the problem right away. He replaced the part and the house immediately started cooling down. He then did not charge me for the service call because this failing part would have been discovered had I arranged for an inspection of my air conditioner. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service and I will recommend Dalton’s.

Very Good Experience dealing with Dalton’s employees. Such pleasant personalities and knowledgeable about my problem. Even with the long HOT days they are still smiling! Definitely a 5 Star experience! Keep up the good work Dalton’s!
This is an overall Great company to deal with. The service men are very professional about the way they do their work and explain things to you as needed. They make you feel like you are part of the process.
