HORRIBLE experience with tankless water heater from the get go. Day 4 of no hot water throughout the house. Wish I did homework and remembered Young is also in the area.
The gentleman who came out to my house was really nice! However, I have had nothing but trouble whenever I call... the office people, however nice, have made mistakes that have cost me hundreds of dollars out of my pocket I was really nice about it and kept trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I have not had a good experience.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone unless you want WAY over priced service! We have tried 2 different times to use them on two different occasions and they quote you ridiculous prices! Once for a hot water heater and the second time for someone to fix a simple outside faucet. Both times $500 over the competitor price! Save yourself a call and call someone elese!
