RecommendedJustin was awesome! Came out and fixed our issue in no time. This was VERY helpful since it's supposed to be 90 degrees. He gave several options and was very professional. Since he represents the company I highly recommend Dalton.
The person was very pleasant and did her job effectively. Explained some points about the unit that were helpful.
Seth quickly identified my problem (caused by me) and took care of it. He was very courteous and competent and he explained the problem and the solution.
They got me in quick when my AC went out and help me save money by choosing the right plan rather than letting me spend a lot of money on the wrong plan I had originally picked. They also had same day appointments and all around were much better and nicer than Fereday was
