RecommendedI’d recommend Dalton PHC because of its excellent service. I was greatly impressed by specialist Brad Pieper for his wealth of knowledge about my furnace. He readily answered all the questions I had about my system. And he kept on prompting me to ask questions. Boy, oh boy did I ask questions and he answered them all. Came right away and so very professional. Didn’t charge any more than what we really needed.
Steve & Jarod were fast ,friendly, & thorough! They answered all our questions & cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t tell we had any work done! Paul came out & gave us a bid on a new furnace,air conditioner & hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable & we felt very confident he helped us make the right decision on which system to choose! We will definitely give them a good recommendation & would choose them again without a doubt! Everyone we have dealt with is very friendly.
Just a really great company to do business with. The techs are always knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I appreciate them being a quality company I can reply on to keep the hvac, plumbing and electrical in good working order. Annual maintenance contract has been a wonderful service to have with them.
Technicians are prompt, professional and thorough.
The service techs we have had thus far have been very respectful & extremely knowledgeable. We have not had any issues with them being on time & everything is cleaned up before they leave.
Matt stopped by this morning to check my electrical systems... He was professional, efficient, and did a good job of communicating with me :-) He made sure all of my smoke alarms were working properly and made some recommendations to me (which I have implemented) to improve the safety of my home.
Thank you so much to the two nice young men (I wish I knew their names!) from Dalton Phc that saved our kitten this week! Kitty snuck down a hole under the sink in our master bath (hole not made by Dalton) and got lost in the bays under our second floor. My daughter and I were basically hysterical and these guys could not have been nicer.
