Awful experience. I called Dalton last year to come scope my drain pipe. I got sucked into their "deal" with the understanding that itd make my charges cheaper. I ended up paying $700 and my drain was never viewed. They instead covered my information tag with a new sticker of their own which was never updated with information, hosed off my condenser with my own water, and removed my toilet to scope from there-which I never asked nor wanted. Dalton just completed an install of six (heating and cooling) mini splits at my house. The equipment is excellent and the installation was fast, clean and on schedule. No mess whatsoever, and attention to aesthetic was impressive. The team walked me through operation and they worked within my budget. Definitely recommend.
Dalton's online appointment was quick and easy. They were on time and able to diagnose the issue quickly and corrected it with ease and all within the scheduled appointment time. It works great! My plumber, Jack, explained what the issue was and kept me updated on the progress along the way. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will use them again!
