Dan is super helpful with every step of the process. He called or emailed me when things were needed. We originally started a refinance over 6 months ago and it didn't work out. We worked out then how long it would be before we could try again, and he called with a reminder. No high pressure "gotta do it now" sales approach, just a friendly reminder that we could try again. And it worked! Sharon is also very helpful in getting the final paperwork together and questions answered. Great team!
