Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was always in the loop, easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions or needed advice. Most importantly was Dan's experience and understanding of finances and the ability to leverage assets. Our situation was one where we couldn't sell one house to put a down payment on the other, but instead for a short period of time we would be responsible for both mortgages while we sold. Dan helped us with purchasing our house as well as refinancing later down the road. He was always available to answer our questions, and he took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. Even when I asked the same questions several times because I either forgot the answer or didn't understand it. He responded to our email and phones calls quickly and made sure to be clear when it came to how everything broke down.
