Dan is/was by far the best agent I have ever used. His constant communication and knowledge of the buying process made it so easy to get into my new home. We had a very short period to close on a house we loved and he got it done. If you want someone who is going to work hard for you and get you into a house you love than I highly suggest using Dan.

Dan is the guy to go to if you want to put in an aggressive offer. He has the knowledge and expertise to make your offer stand out. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. He knows the different areas of Sacramento well, and will navigate with you until you find the home that best fits you! He was flexible about showing us homes in person and via face time, which helped given we lived 1.5hrs away.

12 Days from list to sold, 20 days from sold to recorded. Pretty impressive during COVID! Great process with strong backing by market data and social media listing. Dan really showed us that an agent can do so much more than just list the house on MLS and do some paperwork!!

Very honest, knowledgeable, and dependable realtor. He definately had our best interest while representing us. He advised us that the first two weeks of December a home priced right could sell. Our home went on the market and had it's first offer the next morning. He kept it open till the weekend for open house. Our home had multiple offers and he explained the difference between each offer and advised us which ones he thought worked best for us. Thank you Dan!
