There was an issue with the appraisal paperwork that wasn't caught until the day before closing so the closing was pushed back 3 days and created huge problems for us since we still closed on the house we sold on the original closing date. The appraisal had been complete for over 3 weeks and I felt the error should have been caught sooner as to not affect the closing.
