I'm not sure if this has anything to do with Dan whatsoever so it may not be his fault. However on the day of closing I was working. I got granted permission from work to leave and sign the necessary documents. The agreed meeting time was 10 am. We did not start signing papers until after 11 am. I told my boss I would be gone just a bit longer than hour. It made me look very unprofessional when I was out of work for over two hours because USA mortgage did not get their end done in a timely manner.
