Very responsive when asked a question, but did not discuss the terms and conditions at all. We had no idea what our rate was going to be. Were never told we would paying points to reduce the rate.

I had to forward docs multiple times to multiple people. This happened at least 3-4 maybe even 5 times. Which can be told from your assistant that I had many communications with. Deadlines were pushed because I was not contacted about issues that could have been solved before those deadlines. It seemed that staff did not communicate with each other and I suffered for it.
