Dan held our hand from the beginning of the process to the end. He was always available to answer our questions. He emailed us our preapproval at 3AM. Dan also contacted us personally after we closed even while he was on vacation. I will recommend him to anyone!!!
I cannot recommend Dan and his team enough. This was our first time going through a new construction build, and we experience some significant stumbles towards the end of the process. Dan and his team are amazing! They break down the process and make it very easy and painless. He is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. If you email him a question he responds within minutes! It was such a pleasure. He even briefly showed up at closing to congratulate us. This is the man you want to see for your home loan.
