I met Dan through a mutual friend. I have worked with him for 15 plus years. Very knowledgable about financing and finding a mortgage for our needs. This last time Dan took his time with me and my wife to explain the process and the new guidelines. Dan is very professional and truly will go out of his way to help. He has always been available to answer questions at a moments notice no matter the time of day. Me and my wife are truly pleased with Dan and highly recommend him.
Dan Rogers was wonderful lender to work with! I tried to get a loan from a different lender before talking with him, but they raised my rate when I was ready to sign papers for a loan. I was referred to Dan by my realtor and I couldn't be happier. He was able to give me my rate within 15 minutes of calling and he was very responsive to all of my questions. Dan Rogers, was hands down the best solution for my mortgage process. I went through 2 different lenders before finding this man & my only regret is not finding him from the start! Lets me first talk about him personally then the loan I received through guaranteed rate. Wish I had more customers to give him. He helped me along the way and always got back to answer my customers questions, that I couldn't answer myself. I'm now working with a client that 8 years ago I sold a Condo to. They lost it. But now are trying to reestablish there credit. I know Dan can help this young couple with now 2 kids. Find a nice house with a mortgage they can afford.
I am writing this review as a first-time homebuyer, which I’m sure biases my review of Dan Rogers and his team. First of all I’ll start with the positives: they are very responsive and move quickly and that was something our realtor enjoyed as well.
