Dan Rogers, was hands down the best solution for my mortgage process. I went through 2 different lenders before finding this man & my only regret is not finding him from the start! Lets me first talk about him personally then the loan I received through guaranteed rate. Wish I had more customers to give him. He helped me along the way and always got back to answer my customers questions, that I couldn't answer myself. I'm now working with a client that 8 years ago I sold a Condo to. They lost it. But now are trying to reestablish there credit. I know Dan can help this young couple with now 2 kids. Find a nice house with a mortgage they can afford.
I am writing this review as a first-time homebuyer, which I’m sure biases my review of Dan Rogers and his team. First of all I’ll start with the positives: they are very responsive and move quickly and that was something our realtor enjoyed as well. I got all of my questions answered, although when we started sending better rates from banks the responses became quite a bit slower.
