I was very nervous and everyone there made me feel comfortable. Dr Hill was very kind and so was his nurse. I was impressed with the whole office. Later in the afternoon Dr Hill called me himself to see how I was doing. I'm really glad I found this practice.

It was Great! My surgery went very well and Dr. Hill was great. He contacted me I missed the call, but he left me a voicemail to follow up to see how I feel and to make sure I knew what I needed to do to take care of my ear.

Continue to be very satisfied with Dr. Hill for procedures and Joan Altman for my semi annual skin checks. Very competent, knowledgeable and professional in all my interactions. The front office staff is a whole other story. Very incompetent and below par in every way.
