My wife and I recently bought a vacation house. We were very pressed for time due to a planned trip. My wife did all of the leg work getting the mortgage process going. A friend recommended APM to her. Dan Bihn was a real professional and a lifesaver. Any questions, concerns or problems she had were answered in a very timely manner. Dan was the absolute best. I work at a bank and we didn’t qualify for a FHA loan because we apparently made too much before taxes to qualify. Dan was able to get us approved for a different loan that most banks don’t offer. He went above and beyond for us and really made us feel like a priority. Highly recommend him!
