I would not recommend this mortgage company to anyone looking for a smooth or honest home-buying experience. From start to finish, the closing and underwriting process was a disaster. Deadlines were constantly missed, documents had to be resubmitted multiple times due to their internal disorganization, and communication was vague or nonexistent when things went wrong.
