I have chronic health problems and have seen a lot of doctors over the years, but today was the first time a doctor has ever called himself to discuss lab results (and normal ones at that). It may be a coincidence but he also did the check in process (blood pressure, symptom collection, etc) himself during my appt last week. I am very impressed with the level of care and attentiveness. I picked him blindly from my insurance list because I have moved to a new area, and I'm very glad I did.

Dr. Broadbent is very knowledgeable in his field, professional, caring and a great listener. We are new to the area but got fortunate to find and make him our family Doctors.
I was able to get right in when I called. Staff is friendly, Dr Broadbent listened and discussed all my options with me. I will be back.

He is personable, kind and thorough. He takes the time to explain procedures and listens to his patients. He answers questions thoroughly. I like the way I feel when I leave his office. His staff are all so pleasant and enjoyable to visit with and help the patient feel very comfortable. I travel 1 3/4 hours to this doctor and would not go anywhere else.
I really enjoy the way Dr. Broadbent practices. He has done a terrific job with my healthcare and I appreciate his approach.
He listens to ur problems and actually cares about how u feel. He always asks if I understand or have any questions and Doesn't make u feel silly If u do! Love him and highly recommend him
