Dr. Carpenter, recently performed our son’s surgery for a broken arm. Great doctor, kept us informed on surgery, and checking in on him to see how he is doing! We would give more than 5 stars if able! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Dr. Carpenter is very personable and takes his time during clinic visits. Kind, Great bedside manner! I felt very confident going into my rotator cuff surgery with him being the surgeon. The follow up visit after surgery went great and he’s great with listening and answering all questions and concerns. He makes him himself available for the patients 💫
Wonderful experience. First time I can honestly say my doctors visit was great. Only waited about 5 minutes and I showed up early. The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the nurses to the X-ray technicians. Everyone there was very pleasant and Dr Carpenter was awesome. He set my cast himself which is very unusual for a doctor. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great experience

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. Dr. Carpenter has a truly remarkable bedside manner—warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
I saw Dr Carpenter for an elbow break He was very thorough and had great bedside manner. He is referring me to have surgery at Wake Med and he will be the surgeon so I look forward to having my elbow completely surgically repaired. Thank you also to his nurse Caroline and the x-ray technician who helped me during the visit I would highly recommend. They were all great.
