Daniel knew exactly what to do at all stages of the process. He was very knowledgeable, had great communication, and made the transaction seamless and easy for us. I have already recommended Daniel to a family member and friend for their home purchase.

In the beginning the advice and correspondance was easy and comperhensive. During the approval phase, on multiple occasions we were getting request from DAS for document uploads and signature request for documents that were incorrect or not explained. When calling Daniel for information regarding these documents it was often answered via text which we found very impersonal. In the end we got what we needed and closed on our home, however it was not as smooth as we would have liked.

The estimated taxes were incorrect and we were informed a few days before closing that our monthly payment would increase by over $300. That was a very unpleasant surprise and we feel that it should be been better estimated from the start.

I had to call several for a call back. When theywj need something from you its urgent when you need something is very slow. Got to do better.not up on all programs thur city of Houston.
