Daniel was very informative, patient, personable and I felt I could trust him to guide me through the process of refinancing my home. It was not an easy set of circumstances, but he made it work!
I had went through three other lenders and couldn’t find anyone to refinance my construction loan into a mortgage loan. Daniel and Morgan worked very hard and got us into a permanent conventional mortgage, when all others had turned me down! Very impressed with their hard work and professionalism!
Dan Silverman and Stockton Mortgage did a wonderful job getting my transaction to the closing table. I'm a 1099 workers and it was an investment property so lots of documentation required. I started feeling like it might not happen and Mr. Silverman continued to reassure me. The processor Morgan Mack did a great job of keeping me informed and dealing with the final approval. I would certainly recommend Dan Silverman and the staff at Stockton if you're looking for a lender determined to meet your needs!
