Applying for refinancing is a daunting task. Dan was not a pushy salesperson but listened to what we needed and wanted and tried to incorporate everything we needed along with the best interest rate possible and the best cost factors (payout, closing costs, etc.) for us. He responded promptly to all concerns and questions and made the process very simple (although the constant resubmission of documents was a bit over the top!)
